Game Day Lineup Card
A one-page sideline card that holds your whole game plan: offense and defense starting units with substitutes, a rotation plan, a playing-time tally so every player gets fair minutes, and your opening script. Print it, clip it to a board, and coach from it.
Prints clean on A4 or Letter, and works fine in black and white. Print a fresh one for each game.
What's on the card
- Offense & defense units — five positions each, with a starter and a sub line, because competitive 5v5 runs two separate fives.
- Rotation & playing-time tally — one row per player, ticked by series, so you rotate by possession and can prove fair minutes afterward.
- Opening script — space for your first five plays, so you start fast instead of deciding cold at the line.
- Notes — matchups, reminders, adjustments.
How to use it
Fill it in before you leave for the game, not at the field. Set your two units from your depth chart, write in the rotation you plan to run, and give each player their series so everyone knows their role. During the game, tick the tally as series happen — at halftime a glance tells you who's played too much or too little. FlagRoster builds your lineup from your roster and tracks each player's series live — the same card, but it does the counting for you. Try it free for 14 days →
