Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlagRoster — the website at www.flagroster.com and the application at app.flagroster.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who provides the Service

2. The Service

FlagRoster is a management platform for flag football leagues and teams: rosters, schedules, standings, playbooks, game plans, statistics, and related tools. Features vary by plan, as described on our pricing page. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or retire features; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you have paid for during your current subscription period.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential — actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
• Accounts have roles (commissioner, coach, player) with different permissions. If you create an account on behalf of a club or league, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

4. Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you don't cancel, the plan you selected begins automatically when the trial expires.

5. Plans, fees, and renewal

• Plans are priced per season, as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew for successive seasons unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will notify you by email before each renewal.
• Price changes never apply retroactively — they take effect from your next renewal, and we give at least 30 days' notice.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access after a reasonable grace period and reminder.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscribing. By starting to use the paid Service immediately, you request performance during the withdrawal period; if you withdraw, we refund proportionally for the unused part.
• Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in these terms.

7. Your content

• Everything your team or league enters — rosters, plays, schedules, results, files — remains yours. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you add. In particular, if you enter personal data of players (including minors), your club or league acts as the data controller and must have a lawful basis for it — see our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.
• You can export your data at any time while your account is active. After account closure, we keep it available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or enter content that infringes others' rights;
• attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service's security or infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the Service;
• share one account across multiple people beyond what your plan allows.

9. Intellectual property

The FlagRoster software, design, and brand are owned by ProductTrio. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. We are not liable for outages caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including our liability for wilful misconduct, or consumers' statutory rights). Otherwise, our total liability for claims arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data beyond our backup obligations.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, after notice and a chance to remedy where appropriate. Sections that by their nature survive termination (content export, liability, governing law) survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app. If you don't accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. For business customers, the courts competent for Wrocław, Poland have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the protections and forum rights of their country of residence, and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
