Flag Football Season Schedule Template

Excel · CSV · Google SheetsFree — no signup

A ready-made season schedule with everything a commissioner tracks in one view — round, date, kickoff, venue, home and away teams, referees, scores, and status. It comes pre-filled with one four-team round as a worked example, so you can see the format and then make it your own.

What's in the template

One row per game, with the columns that keep a season from turning into a group chat:

The first round is filled in with the standard four-team, six-game format (every team plays three, the two resting teams referee). Delete or copy it, and add your own rounds below. The Excel version has a frozen header row so it stays readable as the season grows.

How to use it well

Build the round-robin first, then drop fixtures into venue slots and assign the resting teams as referees before you publish — the reasoning is in our flag football schedule maker guide. Keep this sheet as the single published version, and treat changes as expensive: a moved game means a new slot and possibly new referees. The full season sequence is in the season planning checklist.

When the spreadsheet isn't enough

A sheet can't stop a double-booking, rotate referees for you, or turn scores into standings. FlagRoster's schedule builder does all three — and computes the table and tiebreakers the moment a result lands. Try it free for 14 days →
