Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Confusing "on the field" with "roster". 5v5 doesn't mean a 5-player team — it means 5 at a time, with up to 15 registered.
- Ignoring the match-day squad limit. You can register 20 and still be capped at 12 dressed on game day. Plan who travels.
- Assuming IFAF numbers are final. Your national league can and usually does change them. The regulations that matter are the ones you actually play under.
- Reading the MIX bonus as a quota. In the LFF it lets you add women to the roster; it does not force a minimum on the field.
